Family Immigration Attorney (Spanish/English) The candidate' must be an immigration attorney specializing in family-based immigration with removal defense experience preferred. If no removal experience, must be willing to learn removal work under the guidance of a senior attorney. Consulting with clients about family immigration matters, preparation of various immigration petitions and applications, including I-130, I-485, consular processing, I-601 and I-601A, naturalization and other immigration filings. Attending USCIS interview and immigration court hearings, preparing and reviewing forms, supervising paralegals. Minimum two years experience in family-based immigration. Strong preference to Spanish speakers. Experience 2 years (Required); Bar (Required).
