Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 5+ years active litigation paralegal experience in complex commercial civil ligation matters, including electronic discovery; e-filing; familiarity with Westlaw research; person and asset searches. Trial preparation experience including putting together witness lists, exhibits lists, and trial exhibits as well as pre-trial discovery and pleadings is required. Experience attending trials, depositions, or having worked in a busy litigation law firm is preferred. Paralegal certificate from ABA approved/accredited institution preferred.Will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed. Requirements or Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
