Real Estate Transactional Attorney The candidate will do facilitate Real Estate Closings. Manage and organize caseloads from start to finish. 3+ years of experience handling residential closings are required. Buy/sell transactional experience in New York and New Jersey are required. Knowledge of real estate owned (REO) closing practices, applicable laws, and documents are required. Knowledge of completing transactions for Hard Money originators are required. Commercial Leasing Experience are required. Must be admitted in both New York and New Jersey are required. Leadership qualities, ability to manage support staff are required. Superior Organizational, Research, and Writing Skills are required. Able to Manage a Heavy Work Load are required.
