Legal Assistant/Secretary The candidate will do travel arrangements, expense reports, entering attorney timesheets and other administrative and executive assistant type duties. Should have litigation experience. Fast paced, professional work environment necessitates flexibility to adapt to multiple roles in small office, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to get along and work well with others. Should have high school diploma. Some college coursework is preferable. 3-5 years experience as a Legal Secretary in a litigation environment is preferred. Should be proficient in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), iManage document management system, eDockets calendaring program, as well as knowledge of eFiling, State and Federal court rules. High school or equivalent is essential.
