Associate Closing Attorney The candidate will facilitate the closing process for residential transactions from beginning to end including purchase loans, refinances, and equity line transactions. Applicants will ideally have a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree, at least 1 to 2 years of residential real estate closing and/or transactional legal experience and be in good standing to practice law in the state of Georgia. Knowledge of title exams, title binders, and title insurance a plus. Excellent communication skills are key for this role as well as experience delivering exceptional customer service. Some travel to other metro Atlanta offices is required for the role.
