Family Law Paralegal The candidate must have two year college education and have either a paralegal certificate from an accredited institution or very significant paralegal experience. Should have intimate knowledge of Virginia Circuit Court and Juvenile Court divorce practice procedures, issuing subpoenas, filings with the court and opposing counsel, etc. Ability to keyboard 90 wpm accurately and fast enough to allow the attorney to dictate without significant pauses and interruptions is required. Excellent spelling and command of grammatical English is needed.
