Paralegal (Mass Tort) The candidate will be responsible for daily case management. Ordering, reviewing and summarizing medical bills and records. Client communicating as necessary. E-filing. Answering discovery. Other duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate is required. Paralegal with mass tort or medical malpractice experience is preferred. Previous MDL experience is preferred.
