Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical and other related records. Will be summarizing depositions, scheduling depositions and independent medical evaluations. Should have 3+ years of experience to focus on all areas of general litigation. Document management experience needed. Knowledge and experience with discovery and subpoenas essential. Pre-trial and trial experience required. Must possess a working knowledge of e-filing in Ohio and Federal courts. Must possess strong technical and database skills. Working knowledge of Trial Director preferred.
