Litigation Attorney The candidate should have plaintiff-side foreclosure and real estate law firm seeking an experienced foreclosure litigator capable of handling complex litigated matters. Must have 2+ years of real estate litigation experience. Should be comfortable handling any foreclosure-related state court motion or appearance. A strong preference will be given to applicants with experience in federal court and handling appeals is needed.
