Junior -mid-level Disability Access Attorney The candidate will be advising and defending clients in matters involving access for individuals with disabilities under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and other disability access laws. Will focus practice exclusively on disability access defense and compliance. Should have JD degree. Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Must have 2+ years of litigation experience. Experience in defending and advising clients in disability access laws is strongly preferred. Excellent analytical and writing skills are required. Must be licensed to practice in California.
