Marital and Family Law Attorney The candidate will represent clients in family court, mediations, complete discovery, draft pleadings, settlement agreements, financial affidavits and advise clients on marital and family law issues. Will strategically advocate for clients and their children in court. Draft pleadings, orders, briefs, settlement agreements, financial disclosure. Analyze financial documents, tax returns and spreadsheets. Passionately guide clients. Negotiate settlements. Mediate family court issues. Manage legal assistant. Maintain involvement in the legal community. Should be admitted to Florida Bar with no disciplinary record. Must have 2 years of litigation experience or DCA clerkship. Excellent writing/editing skills are needed. Strong understanding of financial documents is essential.
