Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 3+ years of experience. Must be detail oriented and exhibit superior communication and organizational skills. This position will perform duties such as: draft discovery responses, pleadings, and other legal documents; review and organize file materials in chronological order; obtain and summarize employment records, wage reports, medical records, motor vehicle and accident records; schedule hearings and depositions if they are billable per the client; perform legal and medical research using the internet, public records, libraries and other resources; prepare trial notebooks and exhibits; attend/assist attorneys at trial as necessary; and other duties as assigned. Paralegal certification preferred.
