Legal Secretary Candidate must have 1-3 years' legal secretary and/or administrative assistant experience; exceptional writing, proofreading, technology, and administrative skills; advanced knowledge of and experience with MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and type at 75+ wpm; excellent communication and critical thinking skills; the ability to multitask and work with several attorneys simultaneously; and a four-year degree (preferred). Must be team players with excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, and are able to work with a variety of people. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and be positive, proactive, and professional.
