Staff Attorney - Mass Tort Litigation The candidate will be responsible for: drafting and responding to discovery requests; researching and writing memoranda and motions; client management; reviewing and summarizing medical records; managing a high volume of court filings; and a wide variety of other tasks associated with complex tort litigation and trials. Should preferably have 1 or 2 years of experience working with plaintiff-side complex personal injury, medical malpractice or mass tort claims. Must have experience with research and writing, managing client files, and strong academic credentials. Judicial Clerkship experience a plus. Bar admission in New Jersey preferred, or eligibility to waive in on motion.
