Security Clearance and National Security Attorney The candidate must have a strong emphasis on defense and mitigation relating to security clearance matters. Should have Security Clearance law experience dealing with military members, federal employees, defense contractors, and administrative law experience before the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals. This experience should include SF86 and SF85 document preparation and review, formulation of responses to Statement of Reasons, adjudication, hearings, and appeals before DOHA and other intelligence adjudicative agencies. National Security experience and background in anti-corruption, cyber security, export control and government contracts are preferred.
