Discovery Attorney The candidate should have a JD and knowledge and experience with discovery in civil litigation and/or complex investigations. Applicants must have knowledge of civil litigation procedures generally and a strong familiarity with e-discovery and the technology involved in e-discovery, including Relativity. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working on document reviews in a team leadership role. In addition, candidates should have substantial experience in performing QC reviews, drafting privilege logs, and reporting document review metrics.
