Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate must have at least one year of litigation experience, preferably with an emphasis in construction. Should have currently licensed to practice law in the State of Hawaii. Should have excellent written verbal, research and time management skills. The candidate: Handles all aspects of the litigation process including direct contact with clients and opposing counsel; interviewing of witnesses and experts; drafting motions, pleadings and discovery; and making appearances in court. Applicants are expected to have strong writing and verbal skills, and the ability to research complex legal issues.
