Defense Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work for a civil defense litigation law firm specializing in medical malpractice and nursing home defense. Duties include communication, managing litigation case load, summarizing medical records and depositions, and preparing for mediation and trial. Must have 3 or more years' experience in the related areas of law. Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be highly organized, hardworking, a self-starter and capable of working with little or no supervision.
