Insurance Coverage and Litigation Associate The candidate should have 2-3 years of complex business and financial litigation experience. An understanding of insurance contracts and insurance coverage issues also is needed. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are required. Admission to practice in New York is preferred The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually, on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued. Federal clerkship experience is a plus.
