Criminal Defense Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for high volume caseload, motion practice, daily court appearances as well as client interaction. Should have 3+ years of experience in defending criminal cases to handle misdemeanor and felony cases in state and federal courts, from inception through trial and appeal. Should preferably have experience handling hearings, trials, and/or appellate practice. Must be admitted to practice in NY. NJ admission is a bonus.
