Litigation Paralegal/Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate work for busy Plaintiff's personal injury law firm. Conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of interrogatories and discovery. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record and store client information. Prepare cases for depositions, mediation and trial. Scheduling of appointments, depositions, mediation and trials. Efiling on state and federal sites. Professional communication skills to converse with Judges Office, Opposing Counsel and Client. Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field is required.
