Paralegal (Construction) The candidate will be responsible for: Trial and deposition preparation. Bluebook citation. Experience required in Westlaw research. Must have proficiency in electronic filing in state and federal courts. Trial attendance preferred. Should have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point. Should have 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting. Must have experience with document production processes and procedures. Should have proficiency with document review databases and platforms (Relativity and CaseMap preferred).
