Entry-level Attorney The candidate will assist with document preparation, regulatory filings, and client intake. Will have the opportunity to work closely with, and report to the senior partner in researching and writing articles and white papers on investment fund topics. Should have a J.D. degree. Must have 3+ years of experience in a related career focused on finance, trading, securities or investment, preferably with a large institution. Strong interest in investment fund securities law is required. Utah Bar membership is essential.
