Residential Real Estate Paralegal - Post Closer The candidate will focus on post-closing. Will primarily work with the two managing partners of the firm, which will include preparing settlement statements, overseeing all aspects of a residential closing file up to the point of signing with the attorney, as well as working with realtors, builders, and lenders.Should have 5+ years of experience. Should be capable of hanlding a workload of post-closing a high volume of residential closings per month. Strong interpersonal communication skill is required.
