Real Estate Transactional Attorney The candidate will facilitate Real Estate Closings. Will manage and organize caseloads from start to finish. Oversee Support Staff. Should have 2+ years of experience handling residential closings. Must have buy/sell transactional experience in New York and New Jersey. Knowledge of real estate owned (REO) closing practices, applicable laws, and documents is required. Must have knowledge of completing transactions for Hard Money originators. Commercial Leasing Experience is required. Must be admitted in both New York and New Jersey. Superior Organizational, Research, and Writing Skills needed.
