Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will be representing plaintiffs with injury and malpractice matters in the DC metropolitan area. Will work directly with the head of the litigation department to ensure that the clients are provided the representation they deserve. Understand the law and the real-world impact that people face when they are going through a legal matter. Must be an active member and in good standing with the DC, Maryland, or Virginia Bar. Must have litigation experience and Personal Injury experience as an attorney. Must be knowledgeable and experienced with the plaintiff side of the areas of law including criminal defense, personal injury, medical malpractice, immigration, trusts and estates, family, OFAC, business transactional, and whistleblower law. Be familiar with the rules and processes of the jurisdictions the firm covers. Must be proficient with handling high volumes of cases. Experience with depositions and trials preferred. Must have a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Possess a demonstrated history of excellence in their career, as well as a passion for serving clients.
