Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney Duties: Meeting with clients; Court appearances; Review of cases for accuracy and legal viability; Resolving issues for clients originated by the U.S. Trustee; Research and draft pleadings; Communicate with courts, trustees, opposing counsel and other local law firms in order to represent the client. Perform other related duties as assigned. Candidate must have JD Degree and are currently eligible for admission to the Northern District of Georgia. Some Bankruptcy experience. Client interaction skills very important and will be comfortable in a high-volume practice handling multiple responsibilities.
