Legal Secretary The candidate will heavy transcription. Schedule Depositions, Med-Legal Evaluations. Maintain Attorney's calendar. E-file court documents. Maintain files in an orderly manner. Input Attorney billing. Regular secretarial duties. Should have a high school or equivalent, and 1 year of Microsoft Office experience. Legal Secretary experience required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, positive attitude, self-motivated, team-player, and detail-orientated are required. A minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute is essential. Polished and professional manner and appearance and an excellent attendance record. Must have the ability to multi-task, prior office experience required. Some knowledge of legal terminology. should be a self-starter.
