Real Estate Staff Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in title and survey review, familiarity with organizational documents, and experience in organizing a closing. Must have strong organizational and writing skills, ability to work well both independently and with other lawyers and paralegals in teams on large transactions. Must have excellent academic credentials and a desire to excel in a large law firm environment. Must possess a law degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing of the NY Bar.
