Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys in all aspects of pre-trial preparation, trial preparation and post-trial. Prepare of initial discovery. Review of received discovery and work with client to answer discovery. Review of clients draft answers to interrogatories and discussion with attorney concerning same. Prepare of any necessary revisions of answers. Obtain deposition dates. Prepare of initial draft notices of depositions with subpoena preparation. Schedule of reporter and conference room. Schedule of witness interview, informing witness of trial dates. Strong understanding of litigation terms needed. High school or equivalent required. Should be a Litigation Paralegal with 6 months of relevant experience.
