Foreclosure Paralegal The candidate should have prior experience with judgment collections foreclosure proceedings, including liens, court dockets, preparing and filing pleadings, motions, and affidavits, as well as familiarity with real estate documents, such as title work and deeds. Should have strong math and accounting skills and ability and experience in customer/client service. Must have proficiency in proofreading. Should have experience in computer/software related to Microsoft Office and legal practice management software. High school diploma required; paralegal certification and/or 2+ work experience in real estate collections preferred. Experience of 1 year (Required); High school or equivalent (Required); Paralegal Certificate (Preferred).
