Insurance Defense Attorney The candidate will take and defend depositions. Legal research methods. Brief and argue motions. Should have 2+ years of litigation experience. Prior insurance defense experience is preferred. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Utah. Excellent writing skills and legal analysis are needed. Must be organized and self-motivated. Must possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate a history of effectively working independently and delivering a consistent work product.
