Immigration Paralegal/Case Manager The candidate will be preparing the following cases: H-1B cases, E-2 cases, O-1 cases, and EB-1. Should have great organizational skills. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Should have a Bachelor's Degree. Spanish speaker preferred. Should have 2+ years of business immigration experience ideally with H-1Bs, L-1A/B, O-1s, E-2s, etc. PERM experience a plus.
