Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate's duties include: Initiating work on new 9/11 compensation claims; Gathering and analyzing relevant information pertaining to personal injury claims; Investigating the nature and facts of each case; Working directly with the clients, witnesses, and entities; Preparing documents and correspondence necessary to enroll clients into the World Trade Center Health Program and to submit claims to the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and demonstrate attention to detail. Must have excellent organizational, written, and communication skills. Fluency in Spanish preferred. Should have experience.
