Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for all phases of a wide variety of litigation including juvenile law, family law, civil litigation, commercial litigation, occasional probate/estate cases, and some corporate law. Ideal candidate would be expected to know how to draft client letters, motions, discovery for various types of cases, and maintain most office operations. Previous experience required. Must be able to work independently. Should have 5+ year of PQE.
