Legal Secretary (Litigation, Dispute Resolution & Risk Management) RESPONSIBILITIES: Type, edit, proofread, and finalize documents. Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, conferences, and meetings. Prepare expense reports. Coordinate with Billing Team on billing matters. Maintain files. Interface with domestic and international clients. Enter attorney time into billing system. Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned. Serve as liaison to broader US Legal Recruiting team. Assist with on-campus and in-office interview processes for DC candidates, including correspondence, collection of evaluations and follow-up efforts. Maintain recruitment-related spreadsheets and documents. Assist with orientation, summer program events and trainings as needed. REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma. 3+ years of legal or executive secretarial experience. 60+ wpm typing speed. Proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook. Flexibility to work overtime. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
