Associate Attorney The candidate should be licensed in Ohio state and federal courts to handle all phases of litigation. Should have strong academic credentials, excellent analytical and writing skills, as well as prior experience making court appearances, taking depositions, attending hearings, and arguing motions. Experience with consumer litigation, including FCRA/FDCPA/TCPA defense, and civil litigation, including civil rights, employment and personal injury defense, in state and federal courts is preferred. Licensure in Kentucky or other states or Federal courts is also a plus. Must be hardworking and comfortable handling multiple projects and deadlines.
