Paralegal - Workers' Compensation Defense The candidate will assist attorneys in our Workers Compensation Practice Group. The candidate must be proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word and Outlook, and have excellent written & verbal communication skills. Responsibilities include scheduling/calendaring mediations, and depositions, organizing and summarizing medical records, coordinating litigated files, communicating frequently with clients and other parties involved in cases, drafting correspondence and certain Industrial Commission forms, and discovery. Will prefer candidates with a Bachelor s degree, experience handling workers' compensation cases and proficiency using case management or document management software.
