Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have 2-4 years of business immigration experience. Must have a relevant bachelor s degree and experience analyzing case documents for the preparation of various types of cases including non-immigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, E2, E3, O-1), PERM, and immigration (EB1, EB2, EB-3, AOS) applications (e.g. H-1B, TN, E2, L, PERM, EB-1) with the appropriate government agencies. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment with competing demands, while working closely in a team environment and with others within the immigration group. Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, be able to achieve a high level of quality productivity in a high volume practice, and meet assigned deadlines and communicate progress of cases, status and issues to clients, as well as assigned attorneys and client services managers within the group. Experience with INS Zoom and Excel is a plus.
