Associate Attorney The candidate must have superior communication skills via telephone, email, or in-person. Must have ability to think critically and proactively, and remain effective under pressure. Must be a collaborative team player as well as a self-motivated independent agent. Will maintain high degree of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Must be highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented. Should be skilled at multi-tasking. Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen sense of urgency. Must have pleasant demeanor and outgoing personality with a client service focus. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of practice experience. Should have business and/or Corporate Law (contracts, non-competes, succession planning, etc.) experience. Should have experience in Estate Administration for business owners. Should have relevant experience in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Medicaid, Litigation, and Special Needs Planning are also pluses.
