Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support staff in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death litigation on behalf of plaintiffs. Must have a bachelor's degree; paralegal certificate is strongly desired. Should have 3-5 years' paralegal experience in personal injury and products liability litigation. Plaintiff's side a plus. Trial preparation experience mandatory and trial support experience highly desired. Must have solid litigation and trial preparation experience. Work experience in personal injury litigation is required. Trial experience supporting attorneys is a plus. Should have knowledge of Word/Excel.
