Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 5-7 years of experience. Should be experienced in the area of complex litigation, assisting in all aspects of case preparation through settlement or trial. Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects while providing status updates and follow-up is required. Strong e-discovery skills, prepare and submit discovery requests and responses, draft complaints and motions is needed. Superior written and verbal communication skills is required. Bachelor s degree is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office is must.
