Litigation Paralegal Duties: Working in personal injury law help people whose lives have been disrupted by some individual or business through no fault of their own. Beyond routine office duties, will assist in depositions, witness preparation, and research. Prepares and handles all exhibits. Will also attend trials acting as an assistant to the attorney during the court proceedings. When the trial is over, will be responsible for closing out the case documents. Qualifications: 5+ years experience working on large litigation cases. Well organized. Pro-active. Passionate about serving clients. Must be able to work independently, capable of drafting complaints, discovery and other court documents, as well as meeting court deadlines, organizing medical records and exhibits, and communicating with clients and expert witnesses.
