Litigation Attorney The candidate' must have two to four years managing files in the commercial litigation context. Experience with collections, corporate oppression and/or condominium disputes would help significantly. Candidates must have confident fundamental writing skills - please do not apply if you doubt whether this applies to you. Tasks involve all facets of litigation, including fact investigation, legal research, pleadings, motion practice, oral arguments, discovery, mediations, client communications, and trial work. Must be comfortable working with an eDiscovery.
