Associate Attorney The candidate work for Personal Injury Firm. Litigation experience is preferred. Manage cases through the pre-litigation phase to settlement. If the candidate has the appropriate litigation experience, the candidate will also handle the case through filing of a complaint through trial if it did not settle. Should have J.D. Degree from an ABA approved law school, current license to practice in the State of Arizona and 3+ years of relevant Personal Injury experience. The selected candidate must possess strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills, excellent writing skills and demonstrated proficiency in the use of case management and other software programs customarily used in a PI Practice. Experience in conducting depositions, mediations and arbitrations is also necessary.
