Pre-Litigation Attorney The candidate's responsibilities include: Evaluating the merits of a personal injury case; Providing guidance and counsel to clients; Focus on finding solutions; Medical case review; Professional & courteous to clients and staff; Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; Research and legal analysis; Negotiating and settling cases in the pre-litigation stage; Not required to bring in or build your own book of business. Should be a Florida licensed attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar. Should have 2 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury. Should have strong negotiation and communication skills. A comprehensive understanding of personal injury law required. Ability to manage a demanding caseload required. Effective leadership skills required. Record of success required.
