Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle a substantial number of tasks from inception through the eve of trial including: intake and client communication, medical request/review, pleadings, bill of particulars, discovery, and deposition prep. Must have 3-6 years of direct and relevant experience in the plaintiff's personal injury arena. Trial experience and fluency in Spanish would be a plus.
