Immigration Attorney Candidate will practice caseload in removal defense and family immigration. Must be in good standing to practice in one of the states in the U.S. Will: have a high capacity to communicate in Spanish; have 2+ years' experience in various forms of removal defense, appearing in immigration court, BIA, and experience in representing clients in family-based immigration in USCIS and NVC. Experience in entrepeneur/investor/business visas is a plus.
