Intellectual Property Paralegal Assistant The candidate support paralegals and attorneys with various matters involving U.S. and foreign patents, trademarks and copyrights within Intellectual Property Practice Group. A 4-year degree is required and a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program is a plus. Career paralegal candidate preferred. Position responsibilities include: Assist attorneys and paralegals with all phases of patent and trademark applications, filings and maintenance; develop and maintain working relationships with attorneys, paralegals and staff members; and quality checks of legal documents.
