Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have a minimum of one(1) year of experience. Experience in U Visas, family based green cards and criminal immigration is a plus. Ability to Speak Spanish and English Fluently. A positive attitude and excellent writing skills. Ability to work independently and work well with others in a team environment. Must work well with others, and follow instructions with enthusiasm. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Computer proficiency (word, excel, outlook, etc). Ability to pay attention to detail. Must be proactive and take initiative. Will manage the case load under the supervision of attorneys.
